CAROL LIN, CNN ANCHOR: All right, we have got more now on our one of top stories, an earthquake in the Mexico city of Oaxaca, about 250 miles southeast of Mexico City. A reasonably strong earthquake was felt in Mexico City, away from that earthquake. According to the Reuters wire service, it was a reasonable strong earthquake. We don't have the magnitude yet.
However, no immediate signs of damage, according to eyewitnesses. And they also report that electricity and phone service are still able to function.
So, as soon we get more on any injuries, we'll make sure to get that to you. As you recall, big problems back in 1985 when Mexico City was hit by a massive earthquake measuring 8.2. Nearly 10,000 people died and 40,000 people were injured. So we will keep an eye on that story throughout this hour.
