FRANK SESNO, CNN ANCHOR: Take you to the West Coast ever so briefly for another story we are just learning about and tracking, and that is an apartment collapse, the upper floor of a two-story apartment building in Echo Park collapsed onto the ground floor earlier today, trapping some residents, according to officials in the Associated Press. You see these pictures courtesy of our affiliate KTLA. Now a 35-member urban search and rescue team has been dispatched to this. It is on West Park Avenue. For those of you who know Los Angeles that is just northwest of downtown. And precise information on casualties is unclear right now. We are told at least three people reported trapped, according to a spokesman at the fire department there.
