BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: In Britain, official results, just announced, show a landslide victory for Prime Minister Tony Blair. That victory means a historic second term for Mr. Blair and his ruling Labour Party. Never before has a Labour leader secured a second consecutive term.

Turnout, though, incredibly low. The fewest voters in the national election in Britain since the first World War.
