KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: What appears to be police -- it looks like a SWAT team -- are approaching a building just blocks away from the U.S. Capitol. Police say they believe that two robbery suspects may be inside a building in an industrial area a dozen blocks, now we're told, from the U.S. Capitol.

At least two dozen officers, we are told, are at the area. They have several armored vehicles, along with fire and ambulance crews on standby.

You can see that the SWAT team is slowly maneuvering toward the building, as a sort of a safety precaution, with the armored car, trying to figure out who exactly is inside the building and what is taking place. They've come to a halt.

As they continue to get their intelligence, we will also, and bring you more.
