JOIE CHEN, CNN ANCHOR: We want to update you on the situation up in Washington on the beltway up there. We were telling you about this a couple minutes ago. This is a dump truck. It's on the outer loop of the beltway. This dump truck we are told was traveling north and was then cut off by a passenger vehicle of some kind.

The dump truck as you see, flipped over. The driver is still trapped in there and is believed to be injured inside this cab of this thing which looks pretty ripped up from this angle. They are also trying to right the dumptruck as well. You see the door is shorn off and actually hangs off over the side onto in the roadway below. That's the Suitland Parkway, I understand, underneath the beltway.

They have cut off traffic both on Suitland Parkway and the capital beltway. It is very close to Andrews Air Force Base we are told. They have had to cut off traffic to protect folks and keep them out of the way of this accident. CNN continuing to follow-up on this. We will tell you what you happens if we find out in the next few minutes.
