(JOINED IN PROGRESS)

DR. ROBERT LEVY, FATHER OF CHANDRA LEVY: ... watch a little bit of the news on TV but it's hard to watch, you know, a lot of nothing very positive. We have messages from psychics that aren't...

SUSAN LEVY, MOTHER OF CHANDRA LEVY: Very positive.

DR. ROBERT LEVY: ... positive, you know and they haven't agreed with anything. So, that's one good thing. We still have hope. You know, the truth will come out.

QUESTION: Are you receiving regular briefings from the police during the day?

DR. ROBERT LEVY: Not very regular from the police or the FBI.

SUSAN LEVY: We work more with our attorney.

DR. ROBERT LEVY: And our investigators.

SUSAN LEVY: And our investigators.

DR. ROBERT LEVY: But you know, we just request that if anyone is holding Chandra that...

(AUDIO GAP)

VAN SUSTEREN: And we're going to go right back to Modesto, California, to listen once again to the parents of Chandra Levy.

(JOINED IN PROGRESS)

DR. ROBERT LEVY, FATHER OF CHANDRA: ... weeks or months is...

SUSAN LEVY, MOTHER OF CHANDRA: They're all the same.

R. LEVY: ... nothing encouraging except you know, they haven't found anybody. And that's not that much encouraging but you know we just keep our hopes up.

QUESTION: How has the support been this past week from people in the community, your neighbors, people across the country?

S. LEVY: It's fine. It's wonderful.

R. LEVY: It's been great support. Most everybody is really supportive and loving and you know, keeping the prayers up.

QUESTION: Mrs. Levy, you have a friend that came to see you.

S. LEVY: Yes. It's been great having her here with great support. And a lot of love from people from across the country, people that I hear from that I don't even know that share their stories...

R. LEVY: Yes.

S. LEVY: ... and open their hearts.

R. LEVY: And a lot of people had the same unfortunate situation where they have lost someone or have a missing child or adult and need help. And they just need to be paid attention to, just not paid attention to enough.

QUESTION: You have previously been reluctant to talk publicly about your daughter and the congressman. What made you decide to talk publicly about them?

R. LEVY: Well...

S. LEVY: We need to bring my daughter home. That's why.

R. LEVY: Yes.

QUESTION: How is that...

S. LEVY: And any way we can do it, we'll do it. How would you be if you were a parent...

R. LEVY: Yes.

S. LEVY: ... and if you knew the last -- that the last comments or phone calls may have been with an individual. I mean you question and I mean that's all I can tell you, is that as far as I know her last phone calls, they seemed to be coming from ...

R. LEVY: With Condit.

S. LEVY: ... with Condit. So -- and a good friend -- if he's a good friend, he will come forward and care that a good friend and a constituent is missing.

QUESTION: Did she express to you that he was a good friend? Has there ever been any indication that she was other than happy with this relationship?

S. LEVY: At this point, I don't want to make any more comments because I've got a headache. I'm going to get my coffee. That's what I...

R. LEVY: Thank you.

QUESTION: Thank you.

R. LEVY: Thank you.

QUESTION: Thank you.

QUESTION: Thank you.

VAN SUSTEREN: We've been listening to the Chandra Levy parents out in Modesto, California.
