PAULA ZAHN: All right, let's quickly go the mayor of New York City speaking at the Nasdaq marketsite.

MYR. RUDY GIULIANI, NEW YORK CITY: ... have professionalism in their calm under fire. So we are eternally grateful to all of the emergency medical workers, to all the health care workers, to all of the firefighters and all of the police officers. They are the best team any city or any country has ever had. And there are 25,000 or more people in there debt and a whole country that's in there debt.

ZAHN: That's a man that all of America has been quite familiar with, Mayor Giuliani, getting very high marks for his level involvement in this crisis, trying to get his city back in order.

The mayor saying earlier this morning that he's extremely disappointed that rescue workers have not found anyone alive recently. Of course the last time a survivor was pulled from the wreckage was eight days ago.
