LEON HARRIS, CNN ANCHOR: Hello and welcome back to "CNN LIVE." I'm Leon Harris.

DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: And I'm Daryn Kagan. A lot going on this hour, so let's get right to it, including the breaking news out of Los Angeles at LAX, Los Angeles International Airport. You're looking at a shot just outside of the Tom Bradley International Terminal.

About an hour and a half ago, officials say a suspicious package was found -- or a suspicious container, so they've evacuated this terminal. The search goes on in trying to figure out what is inside this container and what is behind it. As I said before that -- the security at LAX has been incredibly tight. You weren't even allowed to -- you have not even been allowed to drop off passengers right at the curbside. So they have been very diligent at LAX. We'll continue to follow this situation.

HARRIS: You were also saying...

KAGAN: The bomb squad has been -- is headed to the scene here too.

HARRIS: Excuse me, I'm sorry. But you were also saying that this would not mean necessarily the entire airport is being evacuated.

KAGAN: No, and we're going to get a map up so you can see how LAX is set up. People familiar with LA, with this airport, know it's kind of like a horseshoe, and this would be like at the top of the horseshoe. And this terminal is separate from the other terminals. So I would imagine that, at this point, you wouldn't have to evacuate other terminals of this airport. More on that in just a moment.
