DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: We have breaking news to share with our viewers. This one out of Texas. It's close to San Antonio, Texas in I think it's Uvalde (ph), Texas. This is a train versus truck collision; a train running in to a gravel truck not too far from San Antonio. We're getting word at least one person has been killed. An 18- wheel truck slammed in to the front end loader and careened into a moving freight train on a nearby track, causing partial derailment. Also, a number of cars on fire.

These pictures coming to us from our affiliate KMAL out of San Antonio. They are on their way to the site, and as soon as they get there, we will bring you pictures live here on CNN.

Once again, train versus truck, at least one person killed outside San Antonio in that collision. We do get word that this was an empty boxcar of 112 cars, eastbound train heading from southern California to San Antonio. So more on that just ahead.
