BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: Well, the speculation is over, almost. Sir Paul McCartney and his fiance, model Heather Mills, are apparently tucked away in an Irish castle, getting ready for their wedding tomorrow. The nuptials will take place at Castle Leslie. And if rain is supposed to bring you luck on your wedding day, they should have buckets full coming your way. They call this an Irish summer.

Richard Quest, braving the springtime there thus far today in -- oh, the sun has come out.

Hey, Richard, good afternoon to you there.

RICHARD QUEST, CNN CORRESPONDENT: I know you're disappointed that you're not seeing the good old-fashioned CNN red umbrella.

HEMMER: That is so attractive.

QUEST: AMERICAN MORNING must have -- it was beautiful. It was a work of art. Well, AMERICAN MORNING must have brought some good cheer, because after buckets -- and I mean buckets -- of rain this morning, the sun has now come out, which is just as well, because in just over two hours, we're expecting our first glimpse of Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills. We're just negotiating at the moment where they're going to stand when they come to meet up. Should they be over there, over here, and if it rain, what the fallback plan is.

But we do know they're in the castle. In fact, I believe Heather Mills is having her hair done at the moment before meeting the press. A local hairstylist is giving her a quick -- whatever you give just to make sure things are looking all right. And by and large, the final preparations are under way for what will be the wedding of the year.

QUEST (voice-over): Days of speculation and rumor came to an end, as to whether Castle Leslie would be the place where Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills would get married when the helicopter carrying the couple finally landed on the Irish estate.

The ceremony will be on Tuesday at Castle Leslie in front of 300 guests, a who's who of the music and entertainment world. There have been enormous preparations for the event, tons of equipment, food and flowers. Even gravel has been brought into the grounds. And three marquises have been built alongside the lake, where a special yacht is now floating.

It's believed the cost of this wedding could be more than $3 million.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

QUEST: Now then, if we take a look at some of the things -- there not missing any opportunity here at Castle Leslie. This might have even graced their breakfast table this morning when the couple woke up. How would you like some Castle Leslie savory onion marmalade, which is yours for the princely sum of about $3? Or, Bill, you could also have, for those of us with a sweet tooth, I know you were talking about Pez candy a moment ago -- how about fancy abique (ph), or a biscuit, the sweet sort? You can have Castle Leslie biscuits, traditional shortbread. You never know what they'll be serving at this particular wedding feast. We do know, though, it will be an Indian and vegetarian when it takes place tomorrow.

By the way, these cost about $4 as well. So not missing any opportunity to make the most of this wedding. Oh, and guess what, Bill? It started to rain again. It will be with me soon enough.

HEMMER: That's really nice. We look forward to seeing it later today when it's all up in the air like that, Richard. Thank you much, pal, enjoy it. Richard Quest, again, in Ireland, watching the big nuptials for tomorrow.

PAULA ZAHN, CNN ANCHOR: Hey, Richard, can you still hear us?

QUEST: Yes, I can. Yes, Paula, go ahead.

ZAHN: What's with this guy that owns this castle? He kind of trotted out and confirmed the wedding was going to be there, and then people came out and said no, it's not going to happen here. What is going on?

QUEST: Depending on your point of view, John Leslie he is either the castle's biggest liability or biggest asset. People here in Gagimoron (ph) express both points of view. He's over 80, he loves disco dancing, and basically, he let the cat out of the bag. When he came out -- we've been trying to find him for the last few days. What we do know is that when he last came out of the castle, security guards very quickly came out as well to ensure he didn't let any more secrets. But as I say, you pays your money, you takes your choice where he's concerned.

ZAHN: Enjoy the celebration, Richard. We look forward to seeing the reports you will file from the region later on this week. Have fun.
