BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: In case you don't know it by now, singer Paul McCartney and model Heather Mills married yesterday in a castle in Ireland. That event closed to the press. This may be the only look most of us will get. There was a helicopter, though, flying around there too.

Richard Quest was there back on the streets of London. Were you in the chopper, Richard, or where was your perspective? Outside the gate still watching the buses go by?

RICHARD QUEST, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Oh, I was just outside the gate getting wet for hours and hours and hours. I brought a lot of dirty laundry back with me.

And talking, Bill, of dirty laundry, it hasn't taken them long to start to put the boot in perhaps to the new lady McCartney. Because this is this morning's newspaper, the "Daily Mail" in Britain. That's the picture, the famous picture. But now look. They're saying Heather's 20 million pound -- that's about $30 million deal.

And on the question of whether there's a prenuptial, according to Stella McCartney's friends, yes, Heather McCartney did sign a deal that if the marriage flounders, she will get around about $28 to $30 million. And here's the really good bit. It was Stella McCartney -- it was at the daughter's insistence.

Apparently Paul McCartney didn't want anything, he believes it's for life, et cetera, et cetera, and so on. But no, Stella McCartney said you should sign this deal. And Paul, who's a bit canny on money matters, said he would.

Now let me update you as to what happened after they all had their feast. Late last night, Bill, there was a firework display, and a sensational display outside Castle Leslie. And then the couple moved across the lake in the boat, pretty much as we've been told they would, and then headed off in a helicopter to an undisclosed location, where indeed they've now started their honeymoon.

Needless to say, the search is now on to find out exactly where the McCartneys have gone for their honeymoon.

HEMMER: Boy, that it is. You know, Richard, leave it to the Brits to beat up on the American bride on day two.

QUEST: She's not American, she's English.

HEMMER: Heather Mills, exactly. Leave it to the Brits to beat up on her the second day they've been married.

QUEST: Yes, well -- yes, but I'll tell you one thing that is interesting. One thing that is very interesting is that it has happened so quickly. They really moved in quickly to start putting the boot in. It will be interesting to see if that continues.

HEMMER: And Team Ireland gave their country a victory on the same day, by the way. That was good news there for the Irish. Hey, Richard, thank you, Pal. Glad to see you're dry today too.

QUEST: Thank God.

HEMMER: See you soon.

PAULA ZAHN, CNN ANCHOR: Well, the American -- the American press hasn't been so kind to her either. I mean, over the weekend, the story surfaced that her stepfather had indicated the story she had talked about her mother having a leg amputated was not true. He went so far to say her mother never lost a leg. Most people understand Heather lost her leg in a motorcycle accident.

HEMMER: And now they're on their honeymoon.

ZAHN: So she's going to suffer much scrutiny, I think.

HEMMER: You're right.

ZAHN: Pre-nup or not.
