BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: Listen, we are tracking a story, Paula. In fact, it's developing right now. Breaking news out of central Ohio, right off Interstate 71, if you're familiar with the area. About the halfway point between Columbus, Ohio to the capital in Cleveland, a town known as Ashland.
Here is what we understand right now as we lose the picture here, but we'll get it back there in a moment. Here's what we understand now through the Associated Press. The Ohio State Patrol saying a man stole an SUV from the sheriff's department in Moro County (ph), led troopers on a chase, now has barricaded himself inside of the SUV right off Interstate 71.

This is a videotape, WJW out of Cleveland providing that. It's breaking up again. But we'll stay with it here as best we can.

Earlier, Paula, the word was that three young children were inside the SUV. Children's services saying they're OK, though. They're saying they've been released and they're in the care right now of officials there. So we will track this, certainly. Interstate 71, which is a major thoroughfare that runs up and down.

PAULA ZAHN, CNN ANCHOR: What a mess.

HEMMER: Yes, directions north and south closed down right now as that stand-off continues. We'll keep you posted again on that story out of Ohio for us.
