MARTIN SAVIDGE, CNN ANCHOR: Other news that is coming our way, this just in to CNN.
The Associated Press is reporting that a federal judge has now granted a stay of an order requiring President Bush -- or the Bush administration to reveal the names of those held as part of the September 11 investigation.

You may remember a ruling that came down a number of days ago that said that those names should be revealed. Now, a federal judge says that he is going to put a stay on that order. Clearly, that's not going to be the end of the issue.

That's what we have right now coming to us from the Associated Press.
