(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Tamyra, you are eliminated this week.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Unbelievable! A shocker on "American Idol," Tamyra Gray, the 23-year-old singer from Norcross, Georgia, was ousted last night. She was the favorite of the judges but drew the fewest number of telephone votes this week. Tamyra fans are simply outraged. Only Kelly, Justin and Nikki are left.

And that is just a snippet of this morning's "Hollywood Buzz."

And our friend, Tracy St. George of Atlanta's Q100 radio, is here, as usual on Thursday mornings, with more news from the entertainment world.

Good morning -- Tracy.

TRACY ST. GEORGE, Q100 ATLANTA: Good morning.

COSTELLO: It was a shocker.

ST. GEORGE: It was. I couldn't believe it. Sideshow Bob still in there, Justin with the big hair. I wouldn't go to that concert if I had a free ticket, if he -- if he wins that show. But Tamyra, she's so great. She's got the looks, she's got the voice, but I'm really rooting for Kelly. I think she's my favorite.

COSTELLO: Really?

ST. GEORGE: Yes.

COSTELLO: And that's the, oh the...

ST. GEORGE: Not the punk rocker one.

COSTELLO: She looks like Donna -- the Donna Reed type?

ST. GEORGE: Right. Donna Reed type. You got to -- you got to pull for the Donna Reed type. I do like her. I hope she wins.

COSTELLO: Well maybe Tamyra will get a big recording contract anyway.

ST. GEORGE: I'm sure she will. She's just that good, too. COSTELLO: Let's talk about "Survivor," because they're, what is it, "Survivor in Thailand" this weekend (ph)?

ST. GEORGE: Yes, I don't think I'd want to go there. I would definitely want to go in the first "Survivor" on that nice beach and the island and everything, but this one in Thailand. And they just have released what the luxury items of some of the people are. Weird stuff. One lady brought body paint.

COSTELLO: Body paint?

ST. GEORGE: Yes, I don't know how exciting that will be. One person bought -- brought fuzzy slippers.

COSTELLO: Fuzzy slippers.

ST. GEORGE: That will be gross. I mean after like a day of walking around in Thailand, fuzzy slippers, we can only imagine what that's going to be. One guy brought his guitar. And another dude brought his golf clubs.

COSTELLO: His golf clubs?

ST. GEORGE: Yes.

COSTELLO: Oh!

ST. GEORGE: That's very strange. I don't know.

COSTELLO: It is very strange. And isn't one of the guys like he did some softcore porn movies?

ST. GEORGE: Yes, he did. And apparently CBS knew when they brought him onto the show, but they said they really didn't care. So let's hope he doesn't...

COSTELLO: Well maybe he'll get into the woman who brought the body paint.

ST. GEORGE: Yes, and we can only wonder what he brought for his luxury item.

COSTELLO: Ooh my! Now that will be interesting.

ST. GEORGE: Exactly.

COSTELLO: Two members of 'N Sync are making news this morning as well. Justin Timberlake...

ST. GEORGE: Yes, and Lance Bass. And Justin, of course, taking a big step away from 'N Sync, going solo. His new song, "Like I Love You," will be actually debuted on "MTV's Video Music Awards" coming up next week.

COSTELLO: Now he's been touting it as something unique, different, something you've never heard before in the music world. ST. GEORGE: Find that hard to believe. I really do. I mean I think he really needs the rest of the band to make him sound -- well obviously he doesn't want to sound like 'N Sync because he's going solo, but I just don't think he can carry it by himself. He's cute and all, the girls love him, but I think he needs 'N Sync. And I'm sure that they'll be back together very shortly.

COSTELLO: OK, the Backstreet Boys, which one is it again?

ST. GEORGE: Howie D. is my favorite. Yes, I'm a big Backstreet Boys fan. But Lance Bass going up in space. And now the Russians have said pay up or you're not going up. So they owe them $20 million by tomorrow.

COSTELLO: He's got to turn over 20 million bucks by tomorrow?

ST. GEORGE: Twenty million, yes.

COSTELLO: Isn't he trying to get endorsements to raise the money?

ST. GEORGE: I think he is. And I think he's going out to a lot of people -- different people like Pepsi, Coke, whatever, but I'm -- I can only imagine what his suit is going to look like. He'll probably get McDonald's, Pepsi. On the back will be like, you know, something else.

COSTELLO: Maybe he'll dress up like Ronald McDonald.

ST. GEORGE: Yes!

COSTELLO: Ronald McDonald in space. It could work.

ST. GEORGE: Exactly.

COSTELLO: No Doubt's Gwen Stefani coming out with her own fashion line.

ST. GEORGE: Yes, following along J.Lo and Nelly and P. Diddy, own clothing line. Can't wait for that. That's actually going to be in stores fall of next year. I mean I love her clothes. She's got the cutest stuff.

COSTELLO: It's weird stuff, though.

ST. GEORGE: It's weird, but it is so funky and cool. I would wear it in a heartbeat.

COSTELLO: Really?

ST. GEORGE: Totally.

COSTELLO: You can bare your stomach like that?

ST. GEORGE: Oh sure, I do all the time.

COSTELLO: Oh, lucky you.

I guess we have to talk about Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez.

ST. GEORGE: Well last week I told Anderson I thought it was a sham. I was like she is definitely dating P. Diddy. But now we're hearing that Ben bought J.Lo or J.Lo actually bought Ben an Aston Martin.

COSTELLO: What?

ST. GEORGE: And that was just in thank you for her -- him -- one of them bought the other a Ferrari Spider.

COSTELLO: Oh, so they're buying one another luxury cars?

ST. GEORGE: Yes, I mean that's a good boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. So I'm going to have to go and say I don't think it's a sham anymore, I think they really are dating. When you buy someone a car, you're dating.

COSTELLO: Especially that kind of car.

ST. GEORGE: Yes, exactly.

COSTELLO: OK, Tracy St. George, thank you very much.

ST. GEORGE: Thanks.

COSTELLO: We'll see you next Thursday...

ST. GEORGE: Sounds good.

COSTELLO: ... almost always.
