KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: We're getting word now that talk show host Rosie O'Donnell is announcing the termination of her magazine "Rosie." She made this announcement in New York. This is what she had to say just a short time ago.
ROSIE O'DONNELL, TALK SHOW HOST: This morning with a great deal of regret, I told G and J that I was ending our joint venture and removing my name, and myself, from the magazine. This was a very hard decision. I spent a lot of time thinking about it. I am sorry to have to tell my readers and mostly my staff that my involvement in the magazine is ending. But my integrity and my name are at stake and that price is too high.
