JACK CAFFERTY, CNN ANCHOR: A quick early at the markets. Here is Andy Serwer, minding your business.
ANDY SERWER, "FORTUNE": Yes, let's peep in on the marks.

CAFFERTY: Let's peep on those markets.

SERWER: Yes.

Stocks were down yesterday. It looks like they're going to be down today. Leading the downward slide is Lucent. Listen to this, Jack, the 10th quarter in a row that this stock is -- that this company is announcing down earnings. Look at this, it was a $66 stock, it's now trading for 72 cents.

CAFFERTY: Are they going to delist it pretty soon?

SERWER: Well, you know, delisting is definitely a possibility. The stock goes below $1, that's going to happen. They have ways of fighting it. But it's a $2.9 billion loss. So it's a huge problem.

CAFFERTY: We promised to talk about airline food, and you have found a terrific Web site.

SERWER: Yes, this is unbelievable. I love this one. airlinemeals.net. Go there right after the show. This is unbelievable. This is a Web site that lists pictures and rates all the food.

CAFFERTY: That's the actual stuff, right?

SERWER: All the food on all airlines all across the world.

CAFFERTY: All right. Do you have some examples?

SERWER: First, they've got Continental.

CAFFERTY: OK.

SERWER: OK, here we go. This is pretty legit here. It's a little rice and beans.

CAFFERTY: That doesn't look bad.

SERWER: They are cutting back, rice and beans, forget about getting any meat. Rice and beans. All right, now I want to go over, across the sea here a little bit, and do Turkish Airlines. CAFFERTY: There is Turkish Airlines.

SERWER: This is green pasta with chicken. The guy said this is the picture that made me start up this Web site. But we have some information.

CAFFERTY: Yes, green pasta, chicken, salad, cream crackers, butter, cheese, pastry, bread and Coke. The thing to remember is there's two ways to get green pasta. One is, you can buy grown pasta at store, the other one is, you can cook up some white pasta, leave it lay around in a warm room for a few days, and it'll turn that color.

SERWER: Yes, How do you think they did it?

CAFFERTY: We don't know which that is, do we?

SERWER: Right, exactly. We want to go -- we've got another one here. Finn Air. All right. Let's see if we get this.

CAFFERTY: Is this some reindeer meat?

SERWER: Well, these are some sausages, and we're not sure what the origin of the meat is.

CAFFERTY: That could be the Rudolph sausage.

SERWER: This is -- and this could be a lumber Jack Cafferty breakfast, what do you think, Jack. Are you going for that one?

CAFFERTY: I don't know.

SERWER: You go for that? It's the lumber jack breakfast.

CAFFERTY: And if there's any p.r. guys from any of the airlines, don't bother, OK. It's all the -- we're just saying ....

SERWER: Because all airline food is terrible, be definition.

CAFFERTY: They announced in this country they were going to quit serving food, ridership went up, overnight.

SERWER: Absolutely. Cutting it back. I mean, this is a -- I just checked this Web site, because it's a lot of fun. Airlinemeals.net.

CAFFERTY: Dot net.

SERWER: Yes. And the market's looking weak today, we should also mention that, by the way.

CAFFERTY: All right, thanks, Andy.

SERWER: Have a good one.

CAFFERTY: Andy Serwer, minding our business.
