DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: Want to go ahead and tell you about some breaking news we're getting in here to CNN. It concerns Sherry Murphy. She is the woman who is accused in child endangerment case in the case of the three boys in Newark, one of those who was found dead. She has now pleaded -- entered a not guilty plea to the child endangerment charges, that was done by a public offender. Sherry Murphy choosing not to appear in court herself this morning. She is, though, still in jail on $250,000 bail.
You're looking at the home now where this horrendous crime was discovered. One 7-year-old twin brother found in a container, dead. His other 7-year-old twin and another 4-year-old brother found starving and abused in the same home. A lot of finger pointing going on in this case right now between Sherry Murphy and the woman -- the kids' mother. Murphy claims that the mother was actually responsible for the death.

And then, of course, a lot of questions about the protective service system in New Jersey, why these children were allowed to go abused by whoever was doing that for so many years without somebody intervening.

Once again, Sherry Murphy entering a not guilty plea on child endangerment charges in the case of the three boys in Newark, New Jersey.

More on that, we have a reporter going to Newark right now, so we'll have more on that in just a bit.
