CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: But first we want to check in with Travelocity's Air Traffic Expert Rally Caparas who has his "Eye on the Sky." A lot of frequent flyers out there waiting anxiously to hear what you have to say.
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol.

Well, folks, it is going to be a busy day. Every Friday is. Business travelers doing their thing, coming home, and then it's a getaway day for everybody on the weekends. It's going to be a busy day like it was yesterday. Let's get right to the delays now.

If you are flying into or out of the New York City Metros and Philadelphia today, you will -- you can expect to see 45 to 60-minute arrival delays. And that will be caused by the strong gusting northwest winds forcing a single runway operation. We saw those delays yesterday. It really increased as the day went on.

Atlanta Hartsfield, we'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays for the first part of the day. Low clouds and rain will reduce the airport surface visibility thereby reducing the arrival rates. Then you'll have the delays.

Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh, there will be some deicing, some light snow. That'll be off and on all day. Thirty-minute arrival and departure delays all day long there.

Chicago O'Hare, the Windy City, more wind from the northwest, doesn't bode well in that area. Thirty-minute arrival delays into Chicago O'Hare.

Phoenix Sky Harbor, 15 to 30-minute arrival and departure delays because of runway construction. However, yesterday we saw some fog set in. It didn't go away until late afternoon. We saw three to four-hour arrival and departure delays there, folks. There is fog forecast. If that happens, you can expect more of the same today.

And in San Francisco International, we'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays all day long, low clouds and rain.

Good travels, folks. I'll see you on Monday morning with more from Travelocity's "Eye on the Sky" -- Carol, John.

COSTELLO: Oh, we appreciate it as always.

CAPARAS: Sure. JOHN VAUSE, CNN ANCHOR: OK.

COSTELLO: Thanks a lot, Rally.
