CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: You know I know it's a busy morning for you, especially if you're flying the friendly skies today. We want to make things a little easier for you so let's check in with Travelocity's air traffic expert Rally Caparas who always has his "Eye on the Sky."
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning -- Carol.

COSTELLO: So, let's get the rundown.

CAPARAS: Well I'll tell you, it's been a nice week for travel. Everybody's been smooth, the airports have been operating mostly on time, but things are going to change. According to Chad's earlier report, you're seeing the snow move in to the central United States around St. Louis, there are going to be some sticky spots. Let's get right to it.

If you're headed in to or out of the airports on the East Coast, from Boston all the way down to Miami and all those in between, not going to see a whole lot happening today -- good news. Tomorrow, things will change early morning, and I'm sure Chad will have more about that later. Good flight conditions and on-time schedules all day on the East Coast today.

Pittsburgh and Cincinnati-Covington, they will see some snow move into the area. Thirty to 45-minute arrival delays and departure delays will ensue. Low clouds, some snow and departure flight de- icing, those will be the problems there.

St. Louis and Memphis, that's where we'll see most of the delays today. Forty-five to 60-minute delays will kick in some time around 10:00 Central Time. Some low clouds, snow, runway snow removal will be a problem, and then departure flight de-icing will also be one of the major factors.

Phoenix Sky Harbor, we've been telling you about -- telling you about it for the last couple of weeks, 15 to 30-minute arrival and departure delays. Runway and taxiway construction, that's going to continue through February the 28th.

And then on the West Coast, Sea-Tac and San Francisco International, they will both see some minor delays, about 30-minute arrival delays between 9:00 Pacific and 1:00 Pacific Time due to the marine layer fog. Rolls in, rolls back out, on-time schedules thereafter. Tomorrow changes things on the East Coast, Carol. Remember we said that. I'll be back tomorrow morning with more from Travelocity's "Eye on the Sky."

COSTELLO: Oh, I just can't wait for that, Rally. That's good. Keep you busy, though, huh?

CAPARAS: That's right.

COSTELLO: Thank you, Rally, we appreciate it.
