CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: We're going to talk more sports right now.
Chris Cotter of "790 The Zone" in the house.

Good morning, Chris.

CHRIS COTTER, "790 THE ZONE": Good morning.

COSTELLO: OK, Philadelphia...

COTTER: What's your Super Bowl pick? You ask everybody what their Super Bowl pick is and then you hold them to it.

COSTELLO: I kind of want Tampa Bay to make it.

COTTER: Yes?

COSTELLO: I want Tampa Bay to beat Philadelphia at home because, you know, it has trouble there.

COTTER: Yes, they have, they can't win when it's below 40, and let me tell you, it is going to be below 40 on Sunday out there in Philly.

COSTELLO: You know, the most interesting time, though, may come after the game, when the fans tear down Veteran's Stadium.

COTTER: Right. I mean they tear it down usually after every game, but this is the, they'll tear down the jail this time, because usually, you know, they're ripping up the stadium, getting into fights and they get put in the jail. There's actually a jail and a judge on duty there at Veteran's Stadium. So this time they'll finally get to rip that whole thing up.

COSTELLO: Yes, and we're saying that because this is the last NFL game to be played in Veteran's Stadium. But it has, baseball is going to use it next baseball season. But I don't know if the fans realize that.

COTTER: So more career ending knee injuries next baseball season. I wonder if they're going to put a state-of-the-art prison in the next Philadelphia football stadium.

COSTELLO: You know, I don't know. That would be interesting to find out.

COTTER: I don't know. They're going to have to.

COSTELLO: Anyway, let's talk about the playoffs. Exciting. Philadelphia? Oakland? Tampa? What?

COTTER: Oakland -- two different games. Oakland and Tennessee is high scoring, because Tennessee's defense won't be able to stop Oakland in that offense. So I think that game is going to be a really high scoring game. Meanwhile, Tampa Bay and Philadelphia, I think that game is going to be a really low scoring game, two really good defenses. Donovan McNabb, this is his second game coming back from injury. Tampa's offense has been really, really good of late, but it's been unbalanced and they've been at home.

Get on the road, get in that cold weather where you have to, they have to be able to run the football. They haven't been able to do it and they haven't faced a defense like Philadelphia's until this week. So that's going to be a low scoring game and I think Philadelphia will win.

COSTELLO: Got you.

COTTER: And I think the other game is going to be high scoring.

COSTELLO: Let's talk a little basketball now because some big men are going to be competing against one another.

COTTER: Yao Ming and Shaq, and this is, you know, we've had these long awaited match ups with Yao Ming to see how he can do against David Robinson and some of these other big men. Well, Shaq is a completely different story, as we all know. The combination of size, athleticism, speed. And the Lakers right now have it going on. They've won five road games in a row and they are looking like they're turning it around. A little too little a little too late? Maybe. But Shaq will get his opportunity to get the better of Yao Ming. He threw some verbal barbs out there earlier on this year and...

COSTELLO: Like what?

COTTER: I mean he just, you know, you saw Charles...

COSTELLO: Mistake.

COTTER: ... Barkley, remember, when he had to kiss the rear end of the arse, if you will?

COSTELLO: The -- yes.

COTTER: So, but this is the thing with Shaq and Yao Ming, Yao understands his limits. He's not going to get into this sparring match with Shaq and try and, you know, man up down low on him. He's going to take him outside and try and shoot the outside jumper and hopefully get Shaq out from underneath the basket, where he can use his moves. That's what Yao Ming is going to do. So...

COSTELLO: Got you.

COTTER: ... see if he can outsmart Shaq, because he's not going to be able to out muscle him. We know that.

COSTELLO: Oh, yes. Shaq's a big, meaty guy.

COTTER: Well...

COSTELLO: Big, meaty guy.

COTTER: Did you see LeBron James' new $50,000 Hummer?

COSTELLO: Yes, I saw pictures of it.

COTTER: What did you drive when you were in high school?

COSTELLO: Nothing. My parents wouldn't buy me a car.

COTTER: You had something.

COSTELLO: I had nothing.

COTTER: I had a '72 green Plymouth Valiant and we called it the Gangrene. It was nothing like that Hummer right there.

COSTELLO: Oh, but that would be so much more fun. That's...

COTTER: It is fun.

COSTELLO: ... so showy.

COTTER: And I'm not, you know, play hating on LeBron James for driving it. I just think it sets a bad example and I think he could get in trouble and his team could have to forfeit games and he could have to forget his high school eligibility if, indeed, there were some improprieties there. And that would be a shame. Just, you know, wait three months. You can buy 10 of those Hummers in three months.

COSTELLO: I know. I know. It's crazy.

Thank you.

COTTER: Thanks.

COSTELLO: Chris Cotter from "790 The Zone."

COTTER: You're welcome.

COSTELLO: We appreciate it.
