CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: So are you still tired from watching what was the Chucky Bowl?
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Yes.

COSTELLO: I know you're going to head to the airport shortly and you want to get some relief, not only for the tiredness, but to see if you're going to have to wait around the airport.

Rally Caparas is here with his "Eye on the Sky."

CAPARAS: I'm kind of here, Carol, this morning. Tell you what, I enjoyed that football game last night a little bit too much. I finally got to sleep at 1:00, but I was doing research the whole time so that's the reason why I stayed up so late.

COSTELLO: Of course (ph).

CAPARAS: Here's what's happening, folks. If you're traveling in to the major airports in the northeast, good thing, snow blew through that area overnight and what it left behind is a bunch of wind. So today if you're traveling in to Newark, LaGuardia or Philadelphia airports, you will be probably seeing 30 to 45-minute arrival delays later on this afternoon and evening as the wind kind of clears everything out. But single runway operations are likely at those airports, so expect some moderate to lengthy delays there.

Down in Washington Dulles Airport and Baltimore-Washington, dumped some snow there overnight. That means departure flight de- icing. That'll end sometime around noon Eastern Time, so expect some short departure delays on the East Coast and MidAtlantic states.

Chicago O'Hare and Minneapolis-St. Paul, they're seeing some snow move into the area. Chad showed you on the map a little while ago it's kind of moving through Minneapolis. It'll head into Chicago later on today. That means Chicago O'Hare and Minneapolis will see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays and some departure delays associated with de-icing there.

Dallas-Fort Worth, they'll be under the fog, some mist this morning, low clouds and that will equate to 30 to 45-minute arrival delays early. By noon it should be gone.

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, we've been telling you for the last three weeks now ongoing runway and taxiway construction equates to 15 to 30-minute arrival and departure delays. And then on the West Coast, San Francisco International, same old story, marine layer fog, but they'll have some rain in the late afternoon and evening so that means 30 to 45-minute arrival delays all day.

Home for a nap to catch up with the rest of my sleep. I'll be back tomorrow morning with more from Tavelocity's "Eye on the Sky" -- Carol.

COSTELLO: And more well rested.

Rally Caparas, thanks. As always, we appreciate it.
