CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Got a flight out this morning, need an "Eye on the Sky" to see how many magazines you'll need to buy in the airport, well we've got two. Travelocity's air traffic expert Rally Caparas is on the phone with the rundown on hot spots across the country.
Good morning -- Rally.

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAVEL SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol.

Speaking of hot spots, I'm sitting next to the fire this morning and it feels really good. And that's what people that are headed into the major airports from Boston all the way down to Miami International today and all those major airports in between, they're going to feel good today. Good flight conditions and on-time flight schedules should prevail throughout the entire day. So good news for a change for the busy northeast especially.

Detroit, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati-Covington over in the Great Lakes region, they will see some lake effect snow off and on all day and then there will be some heavier snow later on this evening. However, expect only short 30-minute arrival and departure delays because of that low clouds, light snow and departure flight de- icing which will persist until late this evening.

Minneapolis-St. Paul and Chicago O'Hare, just slightly to the west of the Great Lakes, they'll be delay free early but then 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays will kick in during the afternoon and evening as low clouds, snow and de-icing become problems there.

Down in Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, we've been telling you about it for about a month now, 15 to 30-minute arrival and departure delays will continue through February the 28th due to runway and taxiway construction.

And then finally on the West Coast once again, the marine layer fog will roll in at San Francisco International. It'll create 30- minute arrival delays until around noon Pacific Time. Then it should burn off for on-time conditions and schedules thereafter.

That'll wrap it up for this morning, Carol. I'll be back tomorrow with more from Travelocity's "Eye on the Sky." Have a great day.

COSTELLO: You too, and stay warm by that fire. Rally Caparas with his "Eye on the Sky" this morning.
