CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: OK, I know many of you are getting prepared to leave for the airport, but don't leave just yet because Travelocity's air traffic expert is here, Rally Caparas, who always has his "Eye on the Sky."
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Yes, I do, Carol, thank you very much.

Well, folks, flying is the last thing a lot of people want to think about with all of the -- well, with what happened this weekend, but here's how it's going to break down for you. Got to move through this real, real quickly today, short on time.

If you're headed into the major airports from Boston all the way down to Miami and all the major airports in between, you can expect on-time conditions and flight schedules throughout the day. Changes are coming, Chad told you about it, it won't be like this tomorrow. Tune in, we'll have more for you.

Detroit and Cleveland and the Great Lakes region, you will see 30-minute arrival and departure delays later on in the afternoon and evening as low clouds and rain move into the area. The first part of the day will be delay free.

Chicago O'Hare and Midway, not so fortunate, they will see some short-term delays early and then later on in the afternoon. After 12:00 Central Time, you'll see 45 to 60-minute arrival and departure delays. It could get worse than that, so be ware.

Minneapolis-St. Paul, the same situation, they'll see some snow, some low clouds, de-icing delays. Thirty to 45-minute arrival and departure delays there for most of the day.

Houston's George Bush down in Texas, they have some low clouds, fog, poor visibility. It's expected to linger until later on in the afternoon. Expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays into that major airport.

And then out West, Phoenix Sky Harbor, the only airport of any concern, 15 to 30-minute, well, yes, 15 to 30-minute arrival and departure delays. Runway and taxiway construction will continue through February the 28th. The West Coast looks great.

I'll be back in the morning with more from Travelocity's "Eye on the Sky."

Carol, that was quick. COSTELLO: Very succinct and quick. Thank you, Rally Caparas, who has his "Eye on the Sky" for us.

CAPARAS: Sure.
