Soldier Killed in Possible Vehicle Rollover in Kuwait

KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: This word coming to us out of Kuwait. We are told a U.S. soldier has been killed overseas in the Persian Gulf. The word is one soldier has died from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident near Camp Arif John (ph). That is in Kuwait. Four other soldiers were evacuated from the scene and treated for injuries.
One of them was transported to the Kuwait Armed Force Hospital. Three -- the other three were taken to the medical clinic at Camp Arif John (ph).
That accident is thought to involve a vehicle rollover, we are told. No other details could be learned at this time. The military does not plan to release the names of the injured and the identity of the fatality remains withheld until family can be notified.
Once again, in what's believed to be an accident involving a vehicle rollover, one U.S. soldier killed in Kuwait after this vehicle accident, four other soldiers injured. We'll continue to follow this story, bring you more information as we get it.
