CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: We have Rally Caparas who has his "Eye on the Sky." Travelocity's air traffic expert who's going to give us another update on travel delays -- Rally.
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Yes -- Carol.

COSTELLO: Tell us.

CAPARAS: OK, here we go. It's going to be a long, long wait for those of you that are headed into the Northeast today more than out of the Northeast. And here's how it's going to work for you.

If you're headed into Boston or the New York City Metros today, you can expect to see 90 to 100-minute delays, arrival delays. Those will even expand as we get closer to the evening rush, so expect lots of cancellations.

Down in Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, you'll see 60 to 90- minute arrival delays. That will clear out later on this afternoon and evening for better schedules during the evening rush, good news there.

Atlanta and Charlotte, short arrival delays in comparison, 30 to 45 minutes because of low clouds, fog and some rain that will linger. Improving in the p.m.

Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati, de-icing delays and arrival delays because of the snow, 30 minutes only. Actually, 30 to 45 minutes, but p.m. is clear.

I'll be back in the next half hour with more from Travelocity's "Eye on the Sky."

Carol, back over to you.

COSTELLO: All right, Rally, many thanks to you.

CAPARAS: Sure.

COSTELLO: Rally's live in Dallas, by the way, Travelocity's headquarters.
