CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: For those of you heading to the airport, don't leave right yet because Travelocity's air traffic expert Rally Caparas is here and he has his "Eye on the Sky."
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Carol, sounds like a very busy morning, so I won't take too much time. I almost don't have the heart to tell you, folks, especially those in the Northeast, but here's what's going to happen today. After three, four-hour delays in the Northeast on Friday, you're going to see some delays in the Northeast once again today.

Boston, New York City Metros and Philadelphia airports, you will see delay-free starts. However, 45 to 60-minute arrival and departure delays are likely later this afternoon and evening. Snow removal and de-icing will again be problems there.

D.C. Metros, you're looking at 30 to 45-minute arrival delays. Departure delays will be a problem also. Low clouds, snow, some departure flight de-icing, as I said. Improving in the late p.m., hopefully, by the time we hit the evening rush.

Atlanta and Charlotte, looking outside here in Atlanta we see low clouds, some rain, some fog but we should see improved conditions by noon, excuse me. But until then, you'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays.

Detroit, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati-Covington in the Great Lakes region, there will be 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays, just about for the entire day. But late this evening, hopefully in time for the evening rush, you could see better schedules close to on time, hopefully.

Houston's George Bush, low clouds, fog, reduced airport surface visibility that should improve by late p.m.; but until then, expect 30-minute arrival delays.

And then finally out west, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, we're looking at 15 to 30-minute arrival and departure delays. Once again, that'll last through February the 28th.

Carol, good luck with your voice. I'll see you again tomorrow with more from Travelocity's "Eye on the Sky."

COSTELLO: OK, good luck with yours, too. Thank you, Rally.
