JACK CAFFERTY, CNN ANCHOR: A little breaking news for you now. London police on high alert for terrorism. They've evacuated part of Heathrow Airport, looking at a suspicious bag there.
Richard Quest has the story and more from "Over There."

Good morning -- Richard. What's going on?

RICHARD QUEST, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Good morning, Jack.

Heathrow Airport Terminal 2, which handles mainly European airlines and European flights, is now reopening. It was closed earlier this morning for an hour or so, after a suspicious bag was found. Exactly what that means, bearing in mind it's an airport, we're not entirely sure. But in the current environment, Jack, nobody is taking any chances at all. All of the London airports on maximum states of alert.

Jack, in the next 24 hours, though, there will be a huge demonstration, possibly up to half-a-million people expected. It's an anti-war, or more properly, stop the war demonstration that takes place through London.

And already, Jack -- this wouldn't be Britain if the tabloids, the tabloid newspapers, and with it being Valentine's Day. Look at this, Jack. This is from the "Daily Mirror." It is Tony Blair and George Bush...

PAULA ZAHN, CNN ANCHOR: Oh, my gosh!

QUEST: ... "Make Love, not War," This is setting the tone for what we expect to be the demonstration. Stop chortling. It's serious stuff.

CAFFERTY: That's disgusting.

ZAHN: Hey, Richard? Richard, our headline is better than your headline. Look at the one Jack's holding.

CAFFERTY: Yes.

ZAHN: Oh, you can't see it, but he can read it to you.

CAFFERTY: (UNINTELLIGIBLE), this is the "New York Post," and it says, "U.N. Meets," and then sitting around...

ZAHN: Go in tight. CAFFERTY: Yes. Can you get in tight on this?

ZAHN: Tight, tight, tight, tight.

CAFFERTY: Keep going.

ZAHN: There we go.

CAFFERTY: There are two weasels at the table. These would be the representatives of Germany and France.

OK, I'm told, Richard, that the Heathrow story has now been declared a false alarm. The suspicious bag was apparently not a threat.

Do you have a little dog story?

QUEST: We do indeed. Jack, this is the story of the dog -- the 9-inch dog that is now the youngest -- the smallest dog. It's only 9 inches in size. It's a Yorkshire terrier, and it's called Whitney (ph).

Now, to give you an idea of what a 9-inch dog looks like, well, that's a very, very small, little pig. This is a little bit larger sheep.

CAFFERTY: I'm sorry I asked.

QUEST: And this -- this is actually a 9-and-a-half inch dog.

CAFFERTY: All right, go to the zoo and feed the rest of them. We'll talk to you next Friday, Richard. Thank you very much. Richard Quest from "Over There."
