BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: Day three in L.A. for that hearing for Robert Blake, set to determine whether or not he will be tried for the murder of his wife. A Hollywood stuntman testified yesterday that the actor offered him ten grand to kill his wife, Bonnie Lee Bakely, and then outlined three different scenarios, three in total, on how to do it. One, he says, resembles the way she was murdered.
More now from Thelma Gutierrez, live in L.A. this morning with us.

Thelma, good morning.

THELMA GUTIERREZ, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Good morning, Bill.

It should be another compelling day of testimony today. A prosecution witness to watch for is a Hollywood stuntman, another stuntman by the name of Ronald Duffy Hamilton. Now he is the second stuntman expected to testify that Robert Blake tried to hire him to kill Bonnie Lee Bakley.

Yesterday, as you had mentioned, Bill, another stuntman yesterday by the name of Gary McLarty says that Blake contacted him, that he had shown him where bonny lee Bonnie Lee Bakley slept on his property and suggested that someone could somehow walk into that area and -- quote -- "pop her." He said that Blake also offered another scenario for the alleged hit.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GARY MCLARTY, STUNTMAN: I didn't know what restaurant he was even talking about. He just used the restaurant as a hypothetical thing. But that's what it was, it was to go out and eat dinner one night, and then he would go back to the car and leave. That would give someone the time to go up there and dispose of her that way and then come back to the car and what happened happened, you know?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GUTIERREZ: Blake's attorney, Tom Mesero (ph), says the prosecution's case is purely circumstantial, and he said that he will continue to chip away at the credibility of these witnesses.

Bill, back to you.

HEMMER: All right, Thelma, day three continues today in L.A. Thelma Gutierrez in Los Angeles.
