CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: OK, if you're headed out for the airport right now, we've got Rally Caparas here, Travelocity's air traffic expert, who always has his "Eye on the Sky."
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: That's right. That's right.

Well, Carol, we're looking at some very strong gusting winds. And today what that means for you up in the Northeast, buckle up. Newark, LaGuardia and Philadelphia airports, you're susceptible to 30 to 45-minute arrival delays when these strong gusting winds kick in. And please buckle up, it's going to be a bumpy ride at the low altitudes.

Miami, down in the south of Florida, you're going to see some low clouds, lots of fog and that means 30 to 45-minute arrival delays until about 10:00 a.m. Eastern, then we should see it clear up for on- time schedules thereafter.

Chicago O'Hare, you're going to see some snow and de-icing move into the area later on this afternoon and evening. That will mean 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays.

I'll see you tomorrow morning -- Carol.

COSTELLO: OK, thanks, Rally, appreciate it as always.
