CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you are about to leave for the airport, hold on there because we've got news. Travelocity's air traffic expert Rally Caparas is on the phone but he has his "Eye on the Sky" still.
Good morning -- Rally.

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol.

Well it's looking like we're going to see a pretty good day in the East today, from Boston all the way down to Miami, Florida and all of those major airports in between. Passengers can expect on time schedules, very good flight conditions all day long, good news for a change for us in the East.

Chicago O'Hare, up in the Midwest, not so good news. They're delay free right now and they'll stay that way until about 3:00 p.m., much like they saw yesterday. If you're in Chicago, you saw great conditions until around mid-afternoon and then 60-minute-plus arrival and departure delays. It will get pretty bad later on this afternoon and evening, folks. Snow, de-icing, poor airport surface visibility and that will last into the late evening hours once again.

Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston down in Texas, they'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays early because of low clouds, fog and poor surface visibility at the airports. But that should be all gone by 10:00 a.m. Central Time for on time schedules thereafter.

Out in the intermountain west, Salt Lake City and Denver airports will both see 30-minute arrival delays because of light snow, fog and poor surface visibility and that'll last throughout most of the day.

But the West Coast, they look great once again.

I'll be back in about 30 minutes with the latest from Travelocity's "Eye on the Sky." Carol, back to you in the studios.

COSTELLO: OK, Rally, thanks so much.
