CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Well hopefully you're leaving for a nice warm vacation, but we want to save you some stress at the airport so it's time to check in with Travelocity's air traffic expert Rally Caparas who is at home under the weather but still with us this morning.
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Yes, Carol. I'll tell you, this weather has got me feeling a little down, too, this morning. But I'm next to the fire warming up.

And let's see here, if you're headed into the airports from Boston all the way down to the D.C. Metros today, folks, you're going to see a huge difference over yesterday. Cruddy conditions from - well, throughout the entire region and all of those major airports in between those two areas. You'll see 30-minute arrival delays early. Low clouds, rain and fog, reduced visibility will be the problems there, but it will be vastly improved in the afternoon and evening so good schedules for this evening's rush hour. Just some short delays early.

Atlanta and Charlotte, we'll see 30-minute arrival delays at those two major airports also. Low clouds, some mist, fog and poor airport visibility and that could linger into the early afternoon hours, but it shouldn't be a problem later on this evening.

Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh, they'll see 30-minute arrival delays. Snow, rain, fog and poor visibility, but there again, on time schedules and better conditions in the p.m. hours.

Houston's George Bush, they'll see a second day in a row of starting out with 30 to 45-minute arrival delays as low clouds and fog, reduced visibility there, but that should be gone by noon Central Time.

And then finally on the West Coast, Seattle-Tacoma, the only airport with any concerns, 30-minute arrival delays, rain, the fog and poor visibility and that'll be an all-day affair.

I'll be back in 30 minutes with the latest. Carol, back to you in the studios.

COSTELLO: Many thanks to you, Rally Caparas.
