HEIDI COLLINS, CNN ANCHOR: Let's go ahead and check in now with Travelocity's air traffic expert. Rally Caparas joining us now.
Haven't seen you in a while.

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Heidi, I've been under the weather, kind of.

COLLINS: You've been ill, I'm sorry.

CAPARAS: Yes, I've got to see a lot of the news and let me tell you,...

COLLINS: Yes.

CAPARAS: ... what excitement.

COLLINS: Yes, I know it.

CAPARAS: I mean it's -- depending on how you look at it -- anyway, delays today, folks. You saw lots of them last night. It was a nightmare in the Northeast. They saw about 350 cancellations into the major metropolitan areas up there, lots of snow. What a difference a day makes. Today, excellent flight conditions from Boston all the way down to D.C. Shouldn't be any delays at all. A great day to catch up. Stay away from those co-workers that were on business trips that return today or last night, they might bite your head off at the coffee machine. So there's some advice for you.

Atlanta Hartsfield, we've seen a lot of rain here, as Chad showed you. We're going to see some more rain sometime today. That's going to mean 30-minute arrival delays, some rain and thunderstorms to the south. If you're flying up from Alabama, Mississippi or Florida, you'll likely get those delays. Coming from the north, shouldn't be any problems at all so keep that in mind. That's going to be an all- day affair.

At Houston's George Bush Airport today, low clouds and fog early. They've seen it like this for the last month or so. Thirty to 45- minute arrival delays as a result. Should be gone by noon Central Time for great conditions thereafter.

On the West Coast, Seattle-Tacoma Airport is the only one with any concerns again, 15 to 30-minute arrival delays. They spin you around one time in the air before they'll let you land. It's going to be an all-day affair there.

But overall, one of the best Fridays we've seen in a long time, a busy, busy travel day. Enjoy your on time schedules today, folks.

I'll be back in a half hour -- Heidi.

COLLINS: Very good.
