CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Certainly was spring in Atlanta this weekend, but not everybody is so lucky. It's time to talk travel delays or not.
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Well, it looks like a -- you know I figured it out, if we could just get Chad to give us a great weather forecast every day, then the delays wouldn't be a problem. So let's talk to...

COSTELLO: He's just not cooperating, is he?

CAPARAS: Not in the past couple of months he hasn't, but today it looks like he's hitting it right on the top of the head there, folks. Not everything is perfect, however. Let's go to the delays today.

If you're flying in to Miami and Orlando airports early this morning or you know if you're picking someone up there, expect them to be about 30 minutes late. There are low clouds there, some fog. Temperature and dew point get together, Chad explained it before, fog. It should be gone by about 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, however, for excellent conditions thereafter. But later this evening we could see some thunderstorm activity as the springtime kind of routine kicks in. Don't be surprised about thunderstorm activity in Florida, folks, we've seen -- we saw it yesterday, almost two-hour delays Miami and Orlando. So don't get surprised, but we're betting on good conditions this evening.

The rest of the East, excellent conditions all day long from Chicago all the way down to Texas and east to Boston. Look for great conditions all day there.

Out west, San Francisco International, they'll see some low clouds and marine layer fog early this morning. That should be gone by about 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time. But until then, expect 30-minute arrival delays. But there again, the entire West looks absolutely perfect today for excellent conditions all day. It looks like two days now, today and tomorrow, should be pretty good -- Carol.

COSTELLO: That sounds good.

CAPARAS: Yes, you bet.

COSTELLO: Thank you -- Rally.

CAPARAS: Sure.
