FREDRICKA WHITFIELD, CNN ANCHOR: Our "Eye on the Sky" has the early word on travel delays for this Tuesday. Rally Caparas, Travelocity's air traffic expert, joins us on the phone this morning.
So sorry I'm not seeing you in person, Rally, how are things looking?

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Yes, me too, Fredricka, but you look great on TV.

WHITFIELD: OK, thanks.

CAPARAS: But as far as delays are concerned, it looks like we're into a groove and it's a good grove for a change. From Boston all the way down to Atlanta Hartsfield and all the airports in between, you're going to see a second consecutive day of excellent flight conditions and on-time schedules all day long so great news there.

Miami International down in the south of Florida, once again they'll see delay-free conditions for most of the day. But much like last night, you'll see 30-minute arrival and departure delays in the evening due to seasonal pop-up thunderstorms. Get used to it, it's going to happen basically every day from here on out.

Houston's George Bush, you'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays, low clouds, very poor visibility right now. They only have I think a half a mile visibility there, but that should burn off by later this morning for on-time schedules thereafter.

Out in the great Northwest, Seattle-Tacoma Airport, they'll see a full day of 30-minute arrival delays due to low clouds, rain and fog. Reduced visibility will force an increased separation in between airplanes.

And then finally San Francisco International, they start out the day with marine layer fog also and that means 30-minute arrival delays. And that will be gone later this a.m. during the Pacific Time Zone.

But overall, another very good day for air travel.

Fredricka, back to you in the studio.

WHITFIELD: All right, not bad at all. Thanks a lot, Rally.
