FREDRICKA WHITFIELD, CNN ANCHOR: Let's get a close look at the sky with Rally Caparas.
And how's it looking out there...

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Fredricka, it's been...

WHITFIELD: ... and on the ground and the runway?

CAPARAS: It has been heavenly the last couple of days.

WHITFIELD: Yes.

CAPARAS: I mean the people in the Northeast, you've seen excellent conditions all day last couple of days. Well guess what, it's getting ready to end and it will start to do that later on this evening.

The day starts, however, from Boston all the way down to Philly and all those major airports in between, New York, Newark, New Jersey, those airports, you'll see great conditions to start the day. Later on this evening, here it comes, some wind, some rain, reduced visibility, 30-minute arrival and departure delays. Chad told you tomorrow you'll see some snow, not good news there.

Miami and Orlando, and let's throw Tampa into the mix, you'll see delay-free starts also, but 30-minute arrival and departure delays will kick in during the evening. Pop-up thunderstorm activity, it's going to start a little bit earlier in the evening than it has the last couple of days.

Cleveland and Pittsburgh, you start well there, but later on this afternoon you'll see 30-minute arrival delays and departure delays. There'll be some rain, some snow, here it comes, and some de-icing delays so be ready for that.

Houston's George Bush, third day in a row, I believe, of low clouds. Almost no visibility down there at the airport on the surface. It'll be 30 to 45-minute arrival delays until later on this morning in the Central Time Zone.

And then finally out West, Seattle-Tacoma, you'll see another day low clouds, rain, fog, same old story all springtime long, 30-minute arrival delays. San Fran, you may get some fog and some delays also.

I'll be back in a half hour -- Fredricka. WHITFIELD: All right, see you then. Well hopefully folks can get out today, because it's going to get ugly later on in the week.

CAPARAS: Tomorrow. Yes, it is.

WHITFIELD: Oh boy! All right, thanks.
