CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Well if you're headed out the door to the airport, hold on a second, want to check in with Travelocity's air traffic expert Rally Caparas -- good morning.
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol.

Well, if you're headed into New York or Philadelphia today, don't be fooled by the early conditions. You will see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays this afternoon and evening as rain, wind, possible snow kick in to the area right around mid-afternoon, but it should end late at evening so good news there.

The Great Lakes region, that weather starts with you, early 30- minute arrival delays. Low clouds, snow, rain and visibility problems at Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh, and it -- but it moves on to the east later on this afternoon there.

And then San Francisco International, they'll see 30-minute arrival delays as low clouds and fog reduce the visibility, and that'll continue until about 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
