CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: And just a reminder to those of you who are flying today, we are back at Code Orange. It means extra checks at the airport, your vehicle could be searched, so leave plenty early.
How is the weather affecting things, well Travelocity's air traffic expert Rally Caparas is our "Eye on the Sky." He joins us live by phone.

Any delays, Rally, out West?

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol.

Yes, there will be some delays out West, but let's start on the East. Boston's Logan Airport, you're looking at some low clouds, poor visibility and fog this morning. Expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays as a result. Should improve by later on this morning Eastern Time.

Atlanta Hartsfield, we'll see 45 to 60-minute arrival delays here. Low clouds, fog, poor airport surface visibility will still stick around all day long, much like it did yesterday.

In the Great Lakes region, Detroit, Chicago O'Hare and Midway, they'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays as low clouds and fog create poor visibility there, but it will improve by noon Central Time.

Dallas-Fort Worth, they'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays as thunderstorm activity will be both in the vicinity and in route, so expect limited flight routes into and out of that major airport.

And then finally Denver, who, as Chad told you, is seeing a major winter storm today. At the moment there are no initiatives planned as 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays are the only things that we see right now. There have been limited cancellations. We don't expect this to be a major event as far as air traffic is concerned. Denver is one of the more well equipped airports when it comes to snow removal, so we'll keep you advised of that.

Leon, Carol, back to you in the studio.

COSTELLO: All right. Rally Caparas, many thanks to you.
