DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: Let's move on now to the West Bank and another conflict. Palestinian Prime Minister Abu Mazen was officially sworn into office in Ramallah this morning. The swearing in follows a new suicide attack in Tel Aviv, which may have been a message from militant Palestinian groups.
Kelly Wallace is live now in Ramallah with more on that.
Kelly -- hello.
KELLY WALLACE, CNN WHITE HOUSE CORRESPONDENT: Hello, Daryn.
Well, the next step we are following, just hours from now the Israelis and the Palestinians are each expected to receive what's called the road map for Middle East peace. It is viewed as the most ambitious effort, the most ambitious peace plan in the now current two-and-a-half-year-old conflict between the Israelis and the Palestinians.
Its release, timed to follow the confirmation of Abu Mazen as the first-ever Palestinian prime minister, along with his 24-member cabinet.
