CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Stormy skies predicted once again today and that may mean flight delays so let's check in with Travelocity's air traffic expert Rally Caparas. You have your "Eye on the Sky," tell us.
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol.

Well, it doesn't look like it's going to be so bad on the East Coast today, at least to start the morning. Let's get to it.

Boston and the New York City Metropolitan airports, you'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays. There'll be plenty of low clouds and fog and even some lingering rain, but nothing major to speak of there.

Newark's Liberty Airport, the transition of the air traffic controllers into the new air traffic control tower is just about over and so we'll cut the delays in half as a result, and that means 30 to 45-minute arrival delays into Newark Liberty, mostly during the afternoon and evening rush period.

Philadelphia and the D.C. Metros, some low lying clouds and fog, obscured visibility on the airport surface this morning, expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays into Philly or the D.C. Metros. That should be gone by about 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati-Covington airports, similar conditions, 45-minute arrival delays, early fog. An isolated thunderstorm or two could still be a problem there. That should be gone later this morning also.

St. Louis Lambert, they're the ones that are sitting delay free right now and sitting pretty right now. But later on this afternoon and evening, some severe weather is expected to hit the region once again and you can expect a minimum of 45-minute arrival and departure delays this afternoon and evening as a result.

On the West Coast, San Francisco, they'll see 45-minute arrival delays, low clouds, rain and even some very strong gusting winds all day long. But the rest of the West looks pretty decent once again.

I will be back tomorrow morning with the latest from Travelocity's "Eye on the Sky." Happy trails, folks. And, Carol, I'll talk to you tomorrow.

COSTELLO: Happy trails to you too. Thanks a lot, Rally Caparas.
