CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you're heading to the airport, hold on for just a minute, Rally Caparas is here. He has his "Eye on the Sky."
What's up this morning?

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Hi, Carol.

Well, everything is going well so far in the East, and that's good news once again, folks. Three days in a row now from Boston all the way down to Miami's International Airport and all the airports in between, excellent conditions, on-time schedules all day long. It's changing on Thursday, gets -- get ready, here it comes.

Atlanta Hartsfield, delay-free this morning, but later on this afternoon you'll start to see 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays. Some rain is going to enter the area. En route thunderstorms will be blocking routes. Not good news for me, I fly to Dallas later on. That's my problem, right, you've had enough of hearing, you know, people whine about it for sure.

Minneapolis-St. Paul, 30-minute arrival and departure delays. They're seeing low clouds, some rain, isolated thunderstorm or two could block routes. Very short delays at Minneapolis-St. Paul. The volume is not really that heavy there.

Chicago O'Hare, they're delay free right now, but they will see similar 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays later on today. Rain is moving into that area also. En route thunderstorms will block routes. And when you talk about major airports with the hub configurations that they have at these places, Atlanta, Chicago, that's why we have delays at those areas when at places like Boston you don't see them, even though it's raining there today.

Dallas-Fort Worth, my destination, I'll also incur a 30 to 45- minute arrival delay because of strong gusting winds and en route thunderstorms to the north of them. Some significant weather, as Chad showed you, is likely later on today. It's going to block routes into and out of Dallas-Fort Worth.

On the West Coast, only San Fran once again. Typical summer -- springtime-summer weather, low clouds, marine layer fog. Should be gone by about 10:00 a.m. for on-time schedules thereafter.

Carol, we're short on time. I'll talk to you tomorrow.

COSTELLO: All right, we look forward to it. Thank you -- Rally.

CAPARAS: Yes.
