ANDERSON COOPER, CNN ANCHOR: Well before the break, we asked you whatever happened to Ken Lay? He is the former Enron chief accused of misleading employees into buying stock of the failing company as he sold off his holdings.
So what's he doing now? Well, Lay and his wife, Linda, have sold off three of their four Aspen properties including this home which apparently is worth nearly $5 million. No charges have been filed against Lay but prosecutors are still looking into his case. Meanwhile seven other Enron employees have been charged in the company's failure.
