DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: You're talking ImClone -- well, Andy Serwer is here, by the way, "Minding Your Business." ImClone and Sam Waksal. Oh, my aching tooth, I can't go to prison quite yet.
ANDY SERWER, "FORTUNE" MAGAZINE: Yes. Yes, I mean, you know, usually we don't look forward to going to the dentist, but if you've to choose between prison and the dentist, you're going to choose the dentist, right? I mean, this is unbelievable. Sam Waksal, of course, convicted of corporate skullduggery -- excuse me -- facing seven years in jail, Daryn.

Now, we're finding out he was supposed to go to the big house on July 2. Now he's got to go to the dentist, and he's not going to be able to go to jail until July 23 maybe because of a surgical dental procedure. And then maybe what's going to happen is that he needs some touchup work and then his dentist goes to Nantucket and it's going to drag on to August. I can see a trend happening here, can't you?

KAGAN: And then he's got to get a pedicure.

SERWER: Yes.

KAGAN: Yes.

SERWER: And you've got to figure a nose job.

(CROSSTALK)

SERWER: I mean, you know, everything, right?

BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: (UNINTELLIGIBLE) root canal.

SERWER: Yes.

KAGAN: Yes.

HEMMER: So, we'll see what happens there. Dennis Kozlowski, also he's in the news again today. What's happening there?

SERWER: Dirty, rotten corporate scoundrels all over the place. He was in jail -- he was not in jail. He was going to be facing the court yesterday, and the judge told him, forget about delaying your trial, it is happening. He, of course, stands accused of embezzling $600 million, the former CEO of Tyco.

But what's really interesting here, you guys, is that he's a new lean, mean fighting machine. He dropped some poundage, always a big guy. There he is on the left. That's before. Now, there he is on the right. That's the after. I'm thinking Patrick Stewart in the movie? What do you think?

KAGAN: Perhaps.

HEMMER: He's at fighting weight now.

SERWER: Yes, yes.

KAGAN: He also shaved his head.

SERWER: Yes, I know, he's kind of got this whole new look going on. But we'll have to see whether that helps him out before the authorities.

KAGAN: How's his dental health?

SERWER: Well, we'll see. If he gets convicted...

KAGAN: Yes.

SERWER: ... I bet you he's going to have a problem, too, don't you think?

KAGAN: Funny how that works out.

SERWER: Quite a trend.

KAGAN: Andy, thank you so much for that.

SERWER: OK.
