CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Time for some business buzz right now. Don't mess with the Hulk. That's the lesson one man is learning the hard way.
Carrie Lee is at the Nasdaq market site and is bursting to tell us all the details.

Good morning -- Carrie.

CARRIE LEE, CNN FINANCIAL NEWS CORRESPONDENT: You don't want to be on the bad side of the Hulk, Carol, that is the moral of the story here. A New Jersey man has pleaded guilty to federal copyright infringement for stealing a preliminary copy of "The Hulk," the movie, and posting it online. Cary Gonzales (ph) of Hamilton, New Jersey, got what's called a work print of the film from a friend who had been loaned a copy by another person at a New York City advertising agency.

Now Universal Studios, currently part of Vivendi, had sent rough versions of the movie that didn't include some special effects to ad agencies with the explicit understanding that copies not be shared, but share the movie these gentlemen did. Gonzales obtained the work print, made a digital copy and posted it online on June 6. That's two weeks before the premiere date of June 20.

So now Gonzales faces three years in prison and a quarter of a million dollar fine. So the moral of this story, once again, Carol, you don't want to get on the bad side of Universal Studios or the Hulk, for that matter.

COSTELLO: Definitely not. Thank you, Carrie Lee, you'll give us a look at the futures in the next half hour. We look forward to that.
