CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Traveling this morning are you? Well, stick around for just a second because Travelocity's air traffic expert Rally Caparas is here.
So tell us, delays this morning?

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Yes, of course, there's going to be lots of delays today, folks.

New York City, Philadelphia and the D.C. Metros, things going to operate pretty smoothly. Then later on this evening, you'll start to see some low clouds and some rain, but mostly it'll be thunderstorm activity en route down to the south and east that will cost you 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays at those locations.

Atlanta Hartsfield, delay free right now, but we're getting ready to get hit by a whole bunch of weather here. Expect 45-minute arrival and departure delays later on this evening, low clouds and thunderstorm activity as Bill pushes everything towards the northeast.

Tampa and Orlando in Central Florida, you'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays later on this afternoon and evening, also, as some of that weather, low clouds, rain and local thunderstorms disrupt things there.

Miami and Fort Lauderdale won't see too much bad weather today, but they're transitioning to a new radar system called STARS. It's going to be more efficient, but until they get used to it, expect 30- minute arrival and departure delays at those major airports.

Houston's George Bush and New Orleans, get ready, here it comes. The heavy weather is going to hit you. Forty-five to 60-minute arrival and departure delays later on this afternoon and evening as thunderstorms, limited routes and flooding happen. I used to live in New Orleans, and I used to swim on my front yard sometimes when this weather hit, so expect some flooding there. Be careful on the way to the airport.

Then finally on the West Coast, San Fran, you'll see 30 to 45- minute arrival delays due to low clouds and marine layer fog. Should be gone by noon Pacific Time.

The rest of the country looks pretty good.

I'll be back in the morning with the latest from Travelocity's "Eye on the Sky." All yours.

COSTELLO: Thank you.

CAPARAS: Sure.

COSTELLO: I'm tired after that.
