CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Time for a little business buzz right now. Sprint PCS has a new wireless feature that could be music to your ears.
Let's go to Carrie Lee at the Nasdaq market site to tell us all about that.

Good morning -- Carrie.

CARRIE LEE, CNN FINANCIAL NEWS CORRESPONDENT: Good morning, Carol.

Sprint PCS expected (ph) to announce two deals today bringing music to cell phones, the first with Warner Music for about $3.95 (ph) a month for unlimited access. Subscribers will be allowed to stream songs to their phones, though not record them. And then in a separate deal with Sony Music, customers will be able to download snippets of songs to their phones. Right now people can use computerized version of phones. So cell phone use keeps on moving forward in the technology space.

Quick look at the futures, things look pretty good this Monday morning. Looks like we could see a higher open. Today we will get a reading on the manufacturing area of Chicago. The big economic report coming out on Thursday, we'll get a reading on the unemployment rate, expected to tick up to 6.2 percent.

Of course today is the last day of the second quarter of the year. The markets close early on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Eastern. And of course, Carol, we are off for July 4. So that's a quick look on the markets this Monday morning.

COSTELLO: Yes, and that's a good thing for you, isn't it?

LEE: It absolutely is.

COSTELLO: Thank you, Carrie Lee, appreciate it.

LEE: Thanks.
