HEIDI COLLINS, CNN ANCHOR: We want to take a moment now to update you on a situation that we have just learned about. Liberia's President Charles Taylor has apparently agreed to step down. He is interested in getting a foreign force into the area. This information coming to us from Reuters this morning. We want to let you know also that our Jeff Koinange is on his way now in the area to Charles Taylor's office, hoping to get some comment from him. So we, of course, will stay right on top of the story and bring you any developments should they come.
