SOLEDAD O'BRIEN, CNN ANCHOR: We've got some breaking news to report for you.
BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: That we do. Apparently getting word of Al Arabia, one of the Arab networks overseas, that Saddam Hussein is delivering some sort of audio message. Significant because today is the day the Baath Party took power in Iraq many years ago. There's been a lot of speculation throughout the week that an increase of attacks could come this week. And if, indeed, this is confirmed right now that it is the voice of Saddam Hussein, that would fit the pattern that many people had anticipated. Believed to be the third audiotape message over the past several weeks.

O'BRIEN: Right. And the Arab network is saying that they believe this is the voice of Saddam Hussein.

HEMMER: That's right.

O'BRIEN: But, of course, the CIA has not stepped in to confirm or even deny that so far.
