CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: On to Iraq now. The deaths of three more American soldiers today. The soldiers were from the same division that took part in the raid that left Saddam Hussein's sons dead.
For more, here's CNN's Rym Brahimi live in Baghdad -- good morning, Rym.

RYM BRAHIMI, CNN CORRESPONDENT: U.S. military officials say three U.S. soldiers were killed when their convoy fell under small arms and rocket propelled grenade fire. Now, this happened in the north of Iraq, near the town of Kasaida (ph), which is near Mosul. The soldiers were from the 101st Division. That same division that raided the house where Uday and Qusay Hussein were living and killed them eventually.

Now, it's the second attack against U.S. soldiers in the north of the country since the death of the president's son. Now, many people here in Baghdad believe that there will be an increase in revenge attacks as a result of those killings. But there are a lot of other questions that are being asked these days in town. One of them is people say that they would have preferred to be able to take the two sons of Saddam Hussein to court, make them suffer as they made the people suffer, people say here, and see them humiliated as they humiliated the Iraqi people.

The newly formed governing council has also echoed that feeling, saying, "That god had prevailed and the president's sons had died."

And there are those, of course, that are still skeptical. Many, many Iraqis still doubt that Uday and Qusay Hussein are dead and they want proof. They say they want to see pictures.

Rym Brahimi, CNN, Baghdad.
