CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you're traveling this morning, hold on for just a second, Rally Caparas, Travelocity's air traffic expert, live on the line with us right now.
Any flight delays yet?

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol. Well, you know it's starting to get -- to be an old story. Same old thing up in the northeast today.

From Boston, New York City, Philadelphia and the D.C. Metros, if you're headed into or out of those airports this morning, you'll see some 45-minute arrival delays because of low clouds, the rain and some fog. And then in the afternoon and evening, we'll see the thunderstorms kick back up, as we've seen for the last almost a week now, and that means limited flight routes and hour-long delays.

Once again, Charlotte, 30 to 45-minute arrival delays. Dense fog on the airport surface area. And then later on they'll be affected by those widespread thunderstorms in the Mid-Atlantic states and limited flight routes there.

Atlanta does have some fog, but it should be gone before the peak arrival period in the next couple of hours or so.

Tampa, Orlando, Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports, all delay free this morning. But they will see their thunderstorm activity, seasonal type of course, force 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays later on in the p.m. hours.

Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh, delay free also until the mid to late p.m. hours, then 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays will ensue as en route thunderstorms to and from the east are limiting flight routes there.

Chicago O'Hare will see decent weather conditions at the airport. But as they saw yesterday, they'll start out delay free and then later in the afternoon, 45 to 60-minute arrival delays will ensue as en route thunderstorms to and from the east are blocked. And they need to get airplanes in there at a regulated pace to keep the gates available of course.

And then San Francisco International, you'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays once again, low clouds, marine layer fog. Should be gone by noon Pacific Time.

Sorry I can't be more upbeat about the east, but we'll be back in the next -- well, actually, tomorrow morning with the latest from Travelocity's "Eye on the Sky." Carol, back to you.

COSTELLO: All right, we appreciate it, Rally Caparas.
