CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: I think all of us are saying that this morning, aren't you -- Rally?
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: That's all I can say is happy Friday.

COSTELLO: It must mean there are many delays out there. Travelocity's Rally Caparas here with a word on flight delays, so go for it.

CAPARAS: Well, it's not nearly as bad as it was during the beginning of the week, but we've seen an awful week all week long, a lot of delays, including delays with our graphics this morning. You're going to have to listen up, folks, it's not going to be on the screen this morning.

In the northeast, Boston, New York, Philadelphia and the D.C. Metros, early morning fog, as Chad, that's his name, right, showed us on the satellite picture. Visibility is poor. Expect 45 to 60-minute arrival delays into the upper northeast today. It'll burn off, like he said, later on this morning. Then later on this afternoon, you'll see thunderstorms return to the area, 45 to 60-minute arrival and departure delays later on. So delays will still be a problem in the northeast.

Here in the South, Atlanta and Charlotte, things are looking foggy here also. Expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays because of the fog. It should dissipate later on this morning for on-time schedules thereafter, so good news finally here in the southeast as far as the storms are concerned.

Down in Miami, Orlando, Tampa and Fort Lauderdale airports, once again you'll see seasonal thunderstorm activity later on in the afternoon and evening. Those delays are going to continue for the rest of the summer more than likely.

Up in the Great Lakes region, Pittsburgh and the Cincinnati airports, they will see delay-free conditions early, but the thunderstorm activity in the east will slow things down to and from those airports, 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays.

Then you have to go clear across the country once again, San Francisco International, 30 to 45-minute arrival delays, marine layer fog. Should be gone by about 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time for on-time schedules thereafter.

Carol, I won't be here in the studio with you next week, I'll be at the National Business Travelers Convention in Dallas, Texas, but I'll still be talking to you on the telephone as usual.

COSTELLO: That's good. That's good.

CAPARAS: Yes.

COSTELLO: And what are you going to be doing there?

CAPARAS: Just kind of representing Travelocity and doing what I do here for national business travelers and explaining how it all is done so.

COSTELLO: So you are telling other people how they can cash in.

CAPARAS: Exactly.

COSTELLO: Thank you, Rally, we appreciate it.

CAPARAS: Sure.
